Toothbrush Holder

For people who have Sjogren’s syndrome, maintaining good oral hygiene is imperative, but difficult. Compounding the problem, many of them also suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, making it hard to brush their teeth.

Collaborating with the client and design engineers, we developed a handy solution – an ergonomic toothbrush holder.

• Ergonomic design provides a wide, easy to grasp holder for those suffering from arthritis. The holder can also be used with eating utensils.
• Easy Open Clamshell Design for cleaning unit or changing position to left or right-handed.
• Economically produced at a cost of less than $2 per piece.

Our client distributed the toothbrush holders to doctors’ offices in a display box as well as at patient conventions. Attendees commented on how helpful the item would be and were thankful that someone cared enough to create a product specifically for them. That makes us smile.
